This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect and use your personal data in connection with FatCat website, portal, bot and services. The terms “FatCat”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Verikey Holdings Inc., an international business company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Panama.

Scope

This Policy applies to the FatCat website (www.fatcatbot.io – the “Site”); Web Portal (portal.fatcatbot.io – the “Portal”); the Telegram Bot (https://t.me/FatCat_Solbot – the “Bot”), Web App https://app.fatcatbot.io/ which serves as both the url for the Perps Mobile App and the deeplinking gateway and service offerings available via the Website, Portal and Bot (collectively – the “Services”). The Services, together with our Portal, Bot and Website, are referred to as the “Platform”.
This Privacy Policy does not constitute, create, or form part of any contract or warranty between you and FatCat. This Policy is provided for informational purposes under the applicable privacy laws and regulations. We process personal data in accordance with Panama’s personal data protection framework, including Law 81 of 26 March 2019 and its regulations (together, “Applicable Privacy Law”).
