This Cookie Policy (‘Policy’) explains how Verikey Holdings Inc., an international business company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Panama (“FatCat”, “we”, “us”, “our”) uses local storage and visitor’s personal data, obtained through the use of cookies and similar technologies on the Platform:

Key terms and definitions
Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’).
Identifiable natural person: a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Platform visitor: a person who visits FatCat Platform. Visitor is not considered as a single person but as a browser or a terminal. For example, a single user can access a website via different browsers (such as Google Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge), different computers (at work and at home) or different terminals (smartphone and laptop).
Platform visit: a visit to a Platform where at least one page has been loaded.
Cookies: text files that are stored on a website visitor`s computer or mobile device by a website’s server. Each cookie is unique to the web browser. It may contain some personal information such as a unique identifier, website’s domain name, digits and numbers.
Local storage: refers to data saved directly on your device by the app. It allows FatCat to remember your settings, preferences, and recent activity so that features work even without an internet connection. This data never leaves your device unless required for syncing core functionality.
SDK (Software development kit): a set of tools or libraries provided by third-party services that enable specific features within our application, such as connecting to external services, integrating with blockchain wallets, or supporting login and user interaction. For example, we use the Phantom Wallet SDK to enable secure blockchain wallet connections.
Umami: a privacy-focused web analytics technology used to measure website usage and performance. Umami operates without the use of cookies and is designed to avoid the collection of personal data of website visitors. The information processed through Umami is aggregated and anonymized and is used solely to produce statistical insights about website traffic (such as page views, general device type, and country-level location).
Our use of Umami
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics technology, to collect aggregated and anonymized usage statistics about how our Platform is accessed and used. Umami’s terms of use can be found at https://umami.is/ and taken being put on notice and accepted for use by you. Umami operates without cookies and is designed to avoid the collection of personal data of visitors. We use Umami technology instead of cookies to:
● enable performance of the Platform;
● ensure proper technical operation and stability of the Platform;
● improve our website and tailor content, based on our interest in optimizing functionality, performance, and security;
The information processed through Umami consists of anonymized and aggregated technical usage data, such as:
● Page views and events;
● General device and browser information;
● Approximate location at a country level;
● Referring pages or sources;
Umami does not use cookies, does not store persistent identifiers, and does not track users across different websites or sessions.
Where applicable, Umami is used based on our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Platform.
Telegram use of other tracking technologies
Telegram uses a select range of tracking technologies for various purposes for which we have no visibility. These may include SDKs, all managed in accordance with our privacy principles of data minimization, transparency, and user control. Your choices and controls
Some third-party technologies used on the Platform, such as the Telegram Login Widget and Phantom Wallet SDK, are essential for delivering the requested service.
And because these technologies are necessary to provide the service (for example., enabling user login or wallet connection), users cannot opt out of this processing without preventing the use of the relevant feature.
No personal data beyond what is strictly required for service delivery is processed, and these technologies do not perform tracking for marketing or analytics purposes.
We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Site and update the “Last updated” date above. Changes take effect on the effective date listed above.
