FatCat Telegram Bot Disclaimer

1. General Information and No Advice. The FatCat Bot Telegram bot (“Bot”) provides automated tools, commands, information feeds, and software-based user-interface functions for interacting with blockchain networks, decentralized exchanges, routing protocols, and digital-asset data. All information, outputs, responses, or features made available by the Bot (collectively, “Bot Content”) are provided solely for informational and operational purposes and are used at your own absolute discretion.
The terms and definitions used in these disclaimers have the same meaning as in the FatCat Terms and Conditions available at https://www.fatcatbot.io/terms-of-use (“Terms”). These disclaimers are incorporated as part of the Terms. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these disclaimers and the Terms, the provisions of the Terms shall prevail.
Nothing provided by or through the Bot constitutes, or shall be construed as:
● financial, investment, or trading advice,
● legal or tax advice,
● professional, regulated, or personalized guidance,
● a recommendation to buy, sell, trade, swap, or hold any specific digital asset or Cryptocurrency.
You acknowledge that all actions you take through or in reliance on the Bot are at your own risk.
2. No Offer, Solicitation, or Endorsement. The Bot does not provide or facilitate:
● an offer or solicitation to purchase or sell any tokens, cryptocurrencies, or securities;
● investment products, strategies, or services;
● any form of regulated financial service in any jurisdiction.
Any references to prices, liquidity routes, swaps, tokens, or integrations with external protocols are informational only and do not constitute endorsements or guarantees.
3. “As-Is” and “As-Available” Operation. The Bot is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding:
● accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of Bot Content,
uninterrupted or secure operation of the Bot,
● absence of bugs, exploits, vulnerabilities, downtime, delays, or errors,
suitability of the Bot for any particular purpose,
● correctness or completeness of any trade route, price, or output displayed,
● compatibility with Telegram, your device, network, wallet, or any specific blockchain.
You assume all risks associated with using the Bot, including the risk of any financial loss.
4. No Custody, No Private Keys, No Control Over User Assets. The Bot is strictly non-custodial and does not:
● store, access, request, or manage your private keys or seed phrases;
● initiate transactions on your behalf without your explicit approval and cryptographic signature;
● take custody, hold, or control any digital assets;
● execute blockchain interactions independently.
You remain solely responsible for:
● the security of your Wallet;
● safeguarding your private keys and seed phrases;
● approving or rejecting all transactions;
● verifying all transaction details; and
● managing your own digital assets.
Any Wallet integration is done solely through user-controlled interfaces, and the Bot never has access to your wallet.
5. Risks of Using Digital Assets and On-Chain Protocols. By using the Bot, you acknowledge the significant risks inherent in blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies, including but not limited to:
● extreme price volatility,
● slippage, failed transactions, and MEV (Maximal Extractable Value),
● smart-contract vulnerabilities, bugs, or exploits,
● network congestion, chain re-orgs, or failures,
● malicious attacks, phishing, or scams,
● loss of funds from user mistakes,
● Wallet mismanagement or device compromise,
● regulatory restrictions impacting access or legality.
You accept full responsibility for all outcomes related to your use of the Bot.
6. Interaction with Third-Party Protocols and Services. The Bot may interface with or rely on:
● blockchain networks,
● decentralized exchanges and liquidity sources,
● routing engines,
● smart contracts or RFQ systems
● licensed and/or decentralised finance platforms
● wallet solutions
● third-party APIs, nodes, data providers, or services.
You understand and agree that:
● these services are not controlled by us;
● we make no guarantees as to their reliability, legality, solvency, or safety;
● we are not responsible for any losses caused by third-party failures, code defects, hacks, or changes;
● any interaction with them is entirely at your own risk.
You should independently assess the safety and trustworthiness of any protocol or service before use.
7. No Warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
● merchantability,
● fitness for a particular purpose,
● non-infringement,
● accuracy or completeness,
● availability or reliability.
We do not guarantee that:
● the Bot will operate continuously or without interruption;
● errors or defects will be corrected; or
● all displayed information (prices, routes, balances, etc.) is current or accurate.
8. User Responsibility. You accept full responsibility for:
● verifying all transaction data before approval,
● assessing risks of trading or swapping digital assets,
● securing your accounts, devices, and wallets,
● complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations,
● maintaining awareness of scams, impersonations, and phishing attempts on Telegram.
We are not responsible for any losses caused by user error or negligence.
9. No Affiliation with Telegram. The Bot is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by Telegram in any way. Telegram is not responsible for your use of the Bot or any related outcomes.
10. Security and Phishing Warning. The Bot will never ask you for your private keys, seed phrases, or passwords. Ensure you are interacting only with the official verified Bot handle @FatCat_Solbot. Interaction with any unverified or fake bots is at your own risk and may result in the total loss of your assets.
